8. Shipping and Delivery

Tiny Little Baby ships within Portugal and to destinations within the European Union made available at checkout.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and available delivery service.

Free shipping is available on orders over €49.99 within Portugal, subject to the conditions displayed on our website and at checkout.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
